It tak...Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. It takes a big man to

A. Be able to see he has made mistakes and
B. Be able to admit to them and ask forgiveness.

Funny story when I met Kamalroop Singh I was just getting into the Sikhi fold. He had come down from U.K and this was the first time I met amritdharis who were older and I thought he was really cool. His version of sikhi differed greatly from mine but I felt he had genuine love for guru and gurus sikhs. I was young and didn't know about all the sikhi conterversies than. I didn't even know what AKJ was.

Anyways long story short I hadn't taken amrit but I didn't eat meat, drink and I kept my kesh.

So Kamalroop Singh asked me Singh why don't you take amrit and I replied I'm not ready yet. (typical answer I hear a lot). And I will never forget what he said to me, infact when people I meet now say that, I always quote kamalroop singh. He told me singh you think.. You have to become a brahm gianni then take amrit, but it works the other way around. You have to take amrit first and then you can start your journey towards God.

The next day I believe, me and kamalroop were sitting in the darbar and the stage secetery came on and announced a last minute amrit sanchaar happening that weekend. Kamalroop Singh looked at me and smiled and I was like yeah thats definantly my guru telling me.

So thats how I took amrit years and years ago. After which I heard all the conterversy I decided to stay away from it all. But I always had that respect because he was the one who pushed me towards my Guru.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4065470300006224899.post-72623839136530031152009-10-28T16:16:51.791-07:002009-10-28T16:16:51.791-07:00The apology is for all the sins I have committed. The apology is for all the sins I have committed.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4065470300006224899.post-75453573828634196672009-10-28T13:27:07.366-07:002009-10-28T13:27:07.366-07:00what is the apology for?what is the apology for?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4065470300006224899.post-65021185201198838862009-10-27T17:39:05.347-07:002009-10-27T17:39:05.347-07:00Anonymous Bha Jee, would you like it if when you w...Anonymous Bha Jee, would you like it if when you went Pesh it was recorded and put on the net?

I dont fink anybody would like it Bha Jee.
