Says Nanak, do those deeds that will cover you. If we do good deeds for ourselves and others, our life will be fruitful and joyous. This is the armour against Kalyug,negativity...... If we do bad deeds for ourselves and others, our life will be miserable.....here we add to Kalyug.....
